We support international buyers with wallpaper products including vinyl, non-woven, paper, fabric, embossed, textured, floral, geometric, mural, 3D, luxury, commercial, kids, waterproof, peel-and-stick, self-adhesive, and printed designs. Our quality approach also covers nylon cable ties, stainless steel cable ties, and related wiring accessories, with inspection activities carried out according to product specifications and customer requirements.
1. Incoming Material Inspection
Materials and components are reviewed before they enter production. The inspection scope may include wallpaper base materials, coating and printing inputs, adhesive-related materials, packaging supplies, and components used for cable ties and wiring accessories.
- Material type, specifications, dimensions, and visual condition are checked against purchasing and product requirements.
- Wallpaper substrates are reviewed for surface consistency, cleanliness, strength, and suitability for the intended production process.
- Printed and coated materials are examined for color consistency, coating condition, surface defects, and compatibility with the approved product specification.
- Plastic or stainless steel components are checked for appearance, shape, workmanship, and other applicable characteristics.
- Materials that require clarification or further evaluation are identified and handled before use in production.
2. In-Process Quality Control
Quality checks are performed during manufacturing to help maintain stable production conditions and consistent product performance. Production personnel monitor key process points for wallpaper rolls, decorative surfaces, adhesive products, and wiring-related accessories.
- Wallpaper production is monitored for printing registration, pattern alignment, color uniformity, embossing, texture, coating, and surface cleanliness.
- Roll width, length, winding condition, edge quality, and splice control are reviewed according to the applicable product requirements.
- Peel-and-stick and self-adhesive products are assessed for adhesive application, release liner condition, bonding consistency, and ease of handling.
- Waterproof, vinyl, commercial, and other specialty wallpaper products are checked for the characteristics specified for their intended application.
- Cable ties and wiring accessories are monitored for molding or forming quality, dimensional consistency, fastening or locking performance, and visible defects.
- Inspection findings are communicated to the responsible production personnel so that deviations can be addressed promptly.
3. Finished Product Inspection
Before products are released, finished goods are inspected against approved samples, technical requirements, order details, and applicable internal inspection standards. The inspection level is adjusted to the product type and the customer’s requested specifications.
- Wallpaper is checked for color, pattern clarity, print quality, embossing or texture, surface appearance, edge condition, and roll presentation.
- Finished rolls are reviewed for dimensions, winding, labeling information, and consistency between production batches where applicable.
- Adhesive and waterproof wallpaper products are examined for the relevant surface, backing, adhesive, and functional characteristics specified for the order.
- Nylon and stainless steel cable ties are checked for size, finish, structural condition, locking or fastening function, and suitability for the stated application.
- Samples may be reviewed or tested using methods appropriate to the product specification and intended use.
- Products with identified discrepancies are separated for evaluation, correction, rework, or other appropriate disposition.
4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check
Packaging is inspected to help protect products during storage, handling, and international transportation. Before shipment, our team reviews the order details and confirms that the goods are prepared in accordance with the agreed requirements.
- Cartons, inner packaging, protective materials, and pallet arrangements are checked for condition and suitability.
- Product labels, item descriptions, specifications, quantities, batch or reference information, and shipping marks are reviewed where applicable.
- Wallpaper rolls are checked for secure packing, protection against moisture and damage, and correct packing configuration.
- Cable ties and wiring accessories are verified for quantity, packaging integrity, and correct product identification.
- Pre-shipment checks include product appearance, quantity, packaging condition, and consistency with the purchase order or approved packing instructions.
5. Quality Feedback and Continuous Improvement
Quality information from production, inspection, logistics, and customers is used to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities. When a deviation is found, the relevant team reviews the cause, evaluates the impact, and determines appropriate corrective or preventive actions.
